  This new service provides scheduled or random remote video patrols of your location. Our expert staff will remotely access live feeds of all of your cameras through an encrypted channel and patrol the premises. The average patrol is 5 minutes, but the entire patrol service can be completely customized for your business. If desired, our staff can be told and trained of certain things to look for and monitor, such as opening/closing procedures, deliveries, etc.

• Night Vision Cameras & Recording

We offer Night Vision cameras that are perfect for dark parking lots or for dark inner rooms at bars, nightclubs or even just dimmed dinner lighting.

• Two-Way Audio

  On a Friday or Saturday night especially, a lot of money can change hands in a short amount of time, and it is a great help to be able to monitor the exchange AND be able to remotely communicate with staff handling the monies. With our Two-Way Audio system, your employee can have an inear speaker and microphone, allowing you to discreetly and quickly speak back and forth as needed.

  Often times an employee is so busy he or she is unable to see a patron potentially trying to take advantage. That is no longer a possibility, as that employee could simply be told to "beware of the male in the green shirt," and he or she wouldn't even have to respond and lose the cover of the system.

• Video Alarm Verifi cation

  What is more annoying than false alarms? The more you have, the less seriously local authorities will treat future alarms at your business. With this service, one of our Video Surveillance Offi cers (VSOs) will verify the cause and legitimacy of the alarm before authorities are notifi ed, as well as before contacting you.
